DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Maintain maintenance to the parking lot lights, outside building lights and neon lighted signs.
- Perform a general walk through each company property (WRHC, 789, LWC, C-Store, BSL).
- Make sure the emergency generators are in working order.
- Help HVAC and Maintenance with work orders or if the project requires an electrician.
- Complete all work order in a timely manner.
- Performs all other duties as assigned within the scope of work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid Wyoming Driver License.
- Must obtain a Journeyman’s License.
- Must be 18 years of age date of hire.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be licensable under the requirements of the Northern Arapaho Gaming Agency.
- Must have covid vaccinations.
- Must be able to read and interpret with good written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to operate a variety of tools and equipment relative to this position.
- Must be able to work independently on a team with minimal supervision.
- Must be flexible with shifts and days off with the ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, special events, etc., as needed.
- Must adhere to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policies
- Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
- Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
- Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
